These terms explain how Pautala works and what we expect from each other. By creating an account you accept them.

What we do

We use artificial intelligence to create a content strategy for your brand and the pieces to post on your networks. You review and approve every piece before posting it.

Plans and payments

• You choose a 3, 6 or 12-month plan and pay for all of it upfront. We show the monthly price so you can compare; longer plans are discounted.
• The price depends on the networks and formats you choose, and you see it before paying.
• Before paying you only answer the questions about your brand. The AI creates the DNA, strategy, content and videos once your plan is active.
• When it ends, the plan renews automatically for the same period and is charged again in full, upfront. We email you before every renewal.
• You can cancel the renewal whenever you want from the Plan section; you keep your plan until the date it ends.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Refunds follow our refund policy.
• Changes to networks, formats or length apply from the next renewal.
• Reels and videos are narrated with a professional voice included in the plan. If you prefer your own voice, cloned with AI from your recordings, it costs USD 10 more a month, is added to the plan's price and includes up to 60,000 narration characters a month (about three versions of every video in the largest plan). Past that limit, that month's videos are narrated with your catalog voice.

Your voice

We only clone a voice if you confirm it's yours or that you have the person's permission. We use it only to narrate your brand's content, and we delete it from our voice provider if you change it or ask us to delete it.

Your content

The content we create for your brand is yours. You are responsible for the material you upload: you must have the right to use the images, voices, brands and products you share with us.

Responsible use

We don't create misleading content, content that impersonates other people or brands, or content that breaks the law. We may pause an account that tries to.

Results

The reach score is an estimate to help you decide. We don't guarantee a number of followers, sales or visits.
