Subprocessors

These are the providers that handle data on behalf of Pautala (subprocessors). Each one gets only what it needs for its part and is bound by contract to confidentiality and security. The conditions are in our terms of use.

If we add or change one, we email you at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

• Fly.io · United States. Servers that run the app.
• Neon · United States. Database: your account, brand, pieces and leads.
• Cloudflare (R2) · United States. Files: what you upload and the images and videos we make.
• Resend · United States. Sending account and newsletter emails.
• Paddle · United Kingdom. Payments, invoices and taxes, as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record).
• Kapso · United States. WhatsApp notices.
• Anthropic · United States. AI that writes the strategy, pieces and reports.
• ElevenLabs · United States. Video narration and your cloned voice.
• fal · United States. AI that makes the paid photos and videos.

The networks you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) receive what you post because you ask for it. They aren't our subprocessors: each one handles that data under its own terms.
